Certificate in Advanced Practitioner Training

About this course

With the help of leading experts in the UK, IHS has embedded the principles of functional medicine into all of our courses. Therefore all students training on the IHS diploma in Nutritional Therapy use the functional medicine model throughout their clinical practice. This model allows students to apply the latest theories and most relevant methods of interpretation and analysis to all clients, maximising their clinical results and allowing them to communicate effectively and confidently with other healthcare professionals.

IHS has developed the Certificate in Advanced Practitioner Training to allow Nutritional Therapists and other healthcare practitioners not trained in the Functional Medicine model to advance their clinical skills and increase their confidence in practice.  All lectures and clinical practice weekends are taught by experienced clinicians from both the UK and Ireland who are adept at applying the principles of functional medicine to the practice of Nutritional Therapy.
